WAVE Physical Therapy + Pilates is seeking an experienced Senior Physical Therapist (4-5+ years experience) to join our team. Our practice specializes in root cause, integrative care, focusing on personalized treatment plans that go beyond symptoms to address the true underlying issues.

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert manual therapy and dry needling interventions to address musculoskeletal dysfunctions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that focus on restoring movement, function, and performance.
• Specialize in orthopedics, spine, sports rehabilitation, TMD, or pelvic health, tailoring treatment to meet the needs of a diverse clientele.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, movement mechanics, and overall wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Pilates instructors, strength coaches, and integrative health professionals.
• Engage in continuing education and mentorship opportunities to grow your expertise and contribute to our practice’s evolution.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio (or eligible for licensure).
• 4-5+ years of clinical experience, with a strong background in manual therapy and dry needling.
• Special interest in orthopedics, spine, sports rehab, TMD, or pelvic health.
• Passion for root cause-focused, patient-centered care with an emphasis on movement-based treatment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
• Interest in working in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where innovation and education are valued.
