Jordan Sconce

Jordan Sconce

Practice Manager

I have always been interested in overall health. I received my Bachelor’s in Health Education with the intention of helping people to feel their best. I started in personal training and learned the value of exercise. I worked in a hospital setting for a bit where I learned the value of allowing others to help when you are down. Now working on the business side I am excited to learn the value of leading others into what care is going to benefit them.

BACKGROUND

Who influenced your career path (who have you enjoyed learning from, mentor, etc.)?

I have had many people influence my career but, my first mentor was my childhood softball coach. He taught me the life lessons that still seem to impact my day-to-day life. Without this foundation, I would not have been able to grow into the person I am today.

What makes you love your field?

I love seeing things to the finish. Seeing where our PT patients start and the changes they are able to make in such a short period of time is inspiring. I love having the opportunity to make a daily impact with a smile when they come in and being able to have an impact on their long-term care by supporting them along their health journey.

INTERESTS/SPECIALITIES

What kind of clients do you love working with?

I love hearing from all of our clients. Getting in the door is the hardest part of taking care of your health, and being there from the start is beyond rewarding. Clients who are steadfast in their health are the easy answer, but those who need encouragement and support are by far my favorites.

What sets you apart?

I would say what sets me apart from others is my ability to listen and understand frustration. I work with a great team and if I don’t know the answer, I will find someone that will.

What’s your mission?

My personal mission is to bring positivity to any situation. I am someone who is able to always find something positive.

HOBBIES

What brings you joy? What do you do with your spare time?

I am newly engaged and my partner and I have two dogs. We spend a lot of time outside, exploring with them!
